This platform is engineered exclusively for B2B trade participants. Information disseminated regarding fruit specifications, logistics, pricing models, and harvest yields is intended solely for established trade entities and wholesale partners.

We do not serve the consumer market directly. Our digital presence is a professional conduit for global trade — not a retail channel.

Liability Parameters

While we execute with absolute precision, MB COMERCIO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from logistical disruptions beyond our immediate operational control. We maintain rigorous contingency protocols to mitigate systemic risk.

Our maximum aggregate liability to any partner shall not exceed the total value of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, as measured at the time of the disputed delivery.
