Institutional Data Sovereignty

MB COMERCIO is dedicated to the absolute protection of your corporate intelligence. We view data not merely as information, but as a critical institutional asset of our partnership ecosystem — governed with the same rigour we apply to every node of our supply chain.

This policy outlines the precise scope of data we collect, how it is protected, and the rights you retain at all times under applicable EU law.

02
Scope of Collection

Information We Collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary to facilitate high-level B2B trade operations. No extraneous or consumer-facing data is harvested. Our collection is limited to:

  • Professional contact profiles — Name, Corporate Email, and Direct Lines.
  • Corporate identification, VAT registration numbers, and trade credentials.
  • Logistical preferences, facility requirements, and delivery windows.
  • Anonymized website interaction data for performance optimization only.
03
Infrastructure Security

Security Protocols

Your data resides on fortified servers within the European Economic Area (EEA), protected by enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit. We conduct quarterly security audits to ensure our infrastructure remains impenetrable.

Under no circumstances do we commoditize, sell, or trade your corporate intelligence with third-party marketing entities. This is an unconditional, permanent commitment.

Access to stored data is limited exclusively to personnel who require it to execute your trade account — under strict need-to-know access protocols.

04
GDPR Framework

Your Rights

Under GDPR frameworks, you retain absolute authority over your data. You may access, rectify, port, or mandate the complete erasure of your data at any time — without condition and without delay.

To exercise these rights, submit a formal request to our Compliance Secretariat at: compliance@mbcomercio.nl

  • Right to Access — receive a complete copy of all data we hold.
  • Right to Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete records.
  • Right to Erasure — mandate full deletion from all systems.
  • Right to Portability — receive data in machine-readable format.
